Mindless Expressions!!?
My health Challenge

- Have the choices/sacrifices that you made towards achieving your health goal affected your lifestyle? If so how?
Yes tha pain, the agony, the sweat...I had to drag myself out of my bed. Jogged or tried to sleep run about my block and straight to the coffee shop. Back tempted to sleep and couldn't do the push up (tonight...will do in the evening)

- Have you encountered any difficulties? If so, how did you deal with them?
difficulties? hmmm..does that include waking up? running? cooking a healthy breakfast which isn't muffins and coke? I guess the fact that I want to see this through and it was somewhat beautiful outside made things easier for me.

- Have you changed your aproach to achieving your goals?
Jacob is hopefully going to be my spotting partnerb when he comes to the office. Always wanted to go to the gym in the morning. I can see it now!!?

- Are you still up to the challenge?
I still want to to body build and gain lots of weight(in a healthy way of course). I wonder if running will help me gain wait or lose weight. Thepry being that when you gain weight I get a back chance of looking and feeling healthy.

- Any message to other members who are participating in the Health Challenge?
What do you guys think of weight gainers? Jose I couldn't see that you definately know what you are talking about in building building. YOu look fit.

Ben thanks for the mnessage ... I like the fact that you kee it really and I can easily understand. I'll try staying motivated...all the way. Planning to stay focused this month.

Terri very true. Most people do end up being physically unhealthy yet always at the gym. I have always asked myself that question...Lack of knowledge and technique is one of the reasons that you can be stuck at the gym and still stay unfit. I wonder if I can subsitute rowing(I doubt that I will be doing any rowing this century) with some other sport.

During summer I will be roller blading to wrk...I am soo excited.

funky thanks and how have you been?

surviving!
am following your health challenge very closely....quite interesting. i can only imagine that is difficult to start off but i figure that once you gee into the swing of things you'll be alright. A suggestion:- read Ultimate Power by Tony Robbins. It has a section in there about health (stuff like food mixing, how much water intake etc etc) this dude even goes so far as to suggest that sometimes we drink too much water when we're trying gain or lose weight when really we dont need all that much. He suggest drinking fruit juice instead. Anyway I'll leave you to it. You might find him helpful.

Go for massive appeal!!!
If you want to gain mass appeal you need to train with heavy weights and lower reps... Do basic exercises as Push Ups, Press, Back rows, Biceps curls... Also is hard important your food diet as eating from 5 to six times a day... (3 principals and the other little foods 2 1/2 hours after u ate ur main food)... Tuna sandwich and proteic shakes will be great as a little meal... intakes of vitamins and white eggs (4 a day) will be good for getting massive... Cardio exercises as jogging (40 min) is excellent for mantaining waist line and being in shape... Bodybuilding is discipline so if u really want to reach an appeal go for It but exercise intensive, eat health food (say bye to fast food, smoke and alcoholic) and drink plenty of water around 8 glass of water a day... ;)
